Induction Program – An Overview
The induction program was conducted for the first-year students, an initiative by MSPM’s Deogiri Institute of Technology and Management Studies (DITMS), Aurangabad. When new students enter an institution, they come with diverse thoughts, backgrounds, and Preparations. It is important to help them to adjust to the new environment and inculcate in them the ethos of the institution. It was organized by the DITMS’s Student Forum on 1 st and 2 nd August 2022 at 11:00AM in Rabindranth Tagore Hall. The program was conducted for two days in offline mode, first day session included Expertise thoughts on how to do smart study, Entrepreneurship Guidance and Self Safety and Security and second day session followed by Departmental Orientation.The program started with lighting lamps. The Director Dr. Anuya chandorkar Felicitated to the Guest Dr. Shilpa Totala, and Damini Pathak Team i.e., PI Mrs. Amrapali Tayade, Mrs. Nirmala Nimbhore.

The induction program was followed by some informative sessions and interesting activities. The students enthusiastically and actively participated in all the events.

Dr. Anuya Chandorakar motivated students and gave information about the institute, courses, and opportunities based on courses for the student’s career and also guided them to utilize all the facilities provided by institution for their successful improvement and achievements.
GUEST TALK ON “NEED FOR COMMUNICATION SKILLS”
Prof. Sabiya Shaikh, e2de Program Officer, is a guide to students on how to Enter and survive in the cooperative sector with communication skills. She said the world is growing fastly and students have to improve their communication skills and update them every time according to new skills available in the current era. With this she motivates the student to learn, gain and master ate in new technologies for survival in the cooperative sector.
GUEST TALK ON “HOW TO STUDY”
Dr. Shilpa Totala the Chief Guest of the Induction Program gives an informative and enthusiastic talk on how to study. Holding a session, she focused on the SQ3R technique for student improvement in studies, the benefits of doing meditation, and the way of meditation with a practical demo along with an audience of the induction program.

GUEST TALK ON E2DE
The second session of the induction program was held with e2de. Mr. Raman Karade delivered the talk on the E2DE organization.‘Employability and Entrepreneurship Development Endeavour’(e2de) is a platform to enrich Employability & entrepreneurial skills. In this session, Mr. Raman Karade explained rigorous training through inclusive learning, flipped classrooms, and innovative activities with practical exposure. The session was so informative for the students.
